For more than 25 years, Door of Faith Ministries has served orphaned children, children at risk, and poorer communities in Baja California while providing a base for short-term mission teams.

Door of Faith Ministries and Door of Faith Orphanage are not the same legal or operational organization, but they work closely together. People who want to visit, give, or coordinate projects do so through the ministry.

Door of Faith Ministries is a non-denominational Christian ministry rooted in the fundamental doctrines of evangelical Christianity.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
The Triune God
We believe God is eternally existent as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and is the sovereign Creator of all things.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily, and ascended to the Father.
Grace and salvation
We believe salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered through the grace of Jesus Christ.
More than 25 years
A ministry that has grown through relationships.
Door of Faith has become both a long-term partner to one of Baja's largest orphanages and a base for churches, schools, families, and individuals who want to serve throughout the region.
The orphanage remains the emotional center of much of the ministry's work, while mission teams also participate in house builds, community programs, food distribution, local churches, and other trusted ministries.
Nathan and Tabitha Karsten
Nathan and Tabitha help lead Door of Faith Ministries, host visiting teams, coordinate with the orphanage and local partners, and communicate with churches and supporters.
The ministry also depends on a volunteer team that supports visiting groups, staff, and children.
